Congratulations to Milan’s Noah Morgan and Gabe Riehle, Neil Sullivan from Jac-Cen-Del, and South Ripley’s Alexa Yeomans for taking top honors last week in the ORVC.
Morgan and Sullivan are the Baseball Co-Players of the Week.
The Indians’ Morgan had 10 hits, scored seven runs, drove in seven, two doubles, two stolen bases and a triple in five games.
Sullivan pitched 11 innings, gave up six hits, three runs (one earned), walked three and struck out 15 in going 2-0 for the Eagles.
Milan’s Riehle was the Co-Performer of the Week in Boys Track and Field after having the top time in the 200 (:23.08), setting a new school record in the 400 (:50.82), and the best distance in the Long Jump (19 feet 3 inches).
The Raiders’ Yeomans set a new meet record in the High Hurdles (:14.80) and tied for the best height in the High Jump (5 feet).
