
(Southeastern IN ) – For the most part, Southeastern Indiana escaped the wrath of Tuesday’s storms.
However, there were reports of trees down in the Laurel area. The Franklin County Emergency Management Agency is asking residents to share storm damage photos with them, which would be forwarded to the National Weather Service.
The Youth Encouragement Services (YES) Home in the Manchester area of Dearborn County sustained roof damage, and a few small trees on the property were knocked down by high winds.
There were no injuries reported.
The YES Home is a residential group home for abused and neglected youth.
There were numerous severe thunderstorm warnings and several flood advisories issued Tuesday afternoon and evening.
