(Brookville, IN) – An Indiana State Police K9 helped Brookville Police and Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies track down a domestic battery suspect last Thursday.
ISP says Trp. Joe Uhler and his K9 partner Franky were called to a home on US 52 in Brookville to assist with a domestic battery investigation.
Police identified the suspect, who fled the scene before they arrived.
Trp. Uhler and Franky eventually found the suspect hiding in some woods a half mile from the residence.
The unidentified suspect was arrested and taken to the Franklin County Security Center where he was charged with Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Minor.
