(Indianapolis, IN) – Milan High School student Shelby Williams was named 2025-26 National Secretary of the Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) program at the National Career Development Conference in Indianapolis on Saturday night.
Williams will represent and serve as a voice for thousands of students across the country who are involved in JAG.
She’ll serve the program in a variety of capacities, including local, state and national activities, with a goal of inspiring and motivating JAG members, specialists and staff.
“I was overwhelmed with so much emotion. All of it good. So good that I cried,” Williams said in a social media post. “It’s such and honor and privileged that I have right now…Thank you everyone for joining me on the journey, and I can’t wait to see what it brings.”
