(Greensburg, IN) – Decatur County Commissioners will choose who will fill the vacancy on the Adams Township Advisory Board.
The commissioners will tap the new board member at their next meeting, which is set for May 5 at 6 p.m.
They’re asking interested candidates to submit letters of interest and statements of qualifications.
The deadline to hold a Decatur County Republican Party caucus to fill the position has already passed.
Whoever is chosen to serve on the advisory board will succeed former member Bethany Cales, who was elected Adams Township Trustee at a GOP caucus in February to replace Rachel Mirick, who moved out of the township.
