(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Parks and Recreation is asking for your help in cutting down on vandalism at Liberty Park.
The women’s restroom in back of the Ace Moorman Field grandstand was recently spray painted with graffiti, and paper towels have been stuffed down toilets, among other incidents.
Park Superintendent Mike Baumer wrote on social media that if you see anything like this going on, to contact the Batesville Police Department at 934-3131.
BPD has been keeping an eye on the park recently, but Baumer says the vandalism is taking place behind the restroom door and out of sight.
“We have put a lot of work improving these, and now this!” Baumer says.
