Despite seeing their 6-run lead whittled down by the end, the Bulldogs still held on for a 6-5 victory at home against Conneresville. Dane Dudley collected three hits in three at bats in the win. The Spartans scored five runs on two hits in the top of the seventh inning. Carson Meyer earned the win for Batesville.
