Peter Urban Doll, of Sunman, was born on October 20, 1948, a son to the late Matthias and Alma Bedel Doll. Pete was a U.S. Veteran after proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. On May 5, 1973, he married Linda Brunsman at St. Nicholas Catholic Church and together they raised 3 children. Pete was an electrician, having retired from Fernald in Ross, OH. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Batesville K of C, Sunman American Legion Post #337, and the Batesville VFW. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading, working bingo at the Legion, being an avid bird watcher, and most of all, spending time with his grandkids. Before retirement, those close to Pete knew that his Saturdays were spent mowing grass and washing cars and that his Sundays were spent polishing his shoes! On Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the age of 76, Pete passed away peacefully at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
