The Denver Nuggets beat the Pacers 126-115 in NBA action heard last night on WRBI. The loss snaps Indiana’s three-game winning streak. Myles Turner led the Pacers with 23 points while Tyrese Haliburton notched a double double: 19 points and 15 assists. The Pacers fall to 32-24 and will be back in action at home tomorrow night against Toronto.
Purdue drops seven spots to #20 in this week’s AP Top 25 College Basketball poll. Auburn remains #1, followed by Duke, Florida, Houston and Tennessee to round out the top five.
Austin Hays homered twice and drove in six in the Reds’ 8-1 Cactus League win over the Los Angeles Dodgers yesterday in Goodyear, Arizona. The Reds are off today before visiting the Los Angeles Angels tomorrow in Tempe.
