South Ripley showcased its dominance with a decisive 75-47 victory over Milan in the opening round of the 2025 Ripley County Tournament.
The Raiders came out strong, putting up 40 points in the first half to take a commanding lead. They continued their relentless pace in the second half, with standout performances from Brady Ward, who led all scorers with 21 points, and Bryce Gunter, who added 15 points.
A historic moment highlighted the night as Cole Henry became South Ripley’s all-time leading rebounder, cementing his legacy with a stellar performance on the boards.
Despite a strong effort from Milan’s Chris Norman, who led his team with 19 points, the Indians struggled to keep pace with South Ripley’s balanced attack and defensive pressure.
