Batesville, IN – The St. Louis Cardinals played host to St. Nicholas on Monday, looking to continue their success early in this season.
The Cardinals played great defense allowing their offense to flow and get numerous players in the scoring column. Scoring for the Cardinals were Carter Meyer, 8 points; Nathaniel Fuentes, 3 points; and Nicholas Lieland, Cooper Hountz, Nolan Wanstrath, Johnny Tekulve, Ross Lieland, Cooper Ulmer, and Nolan Wanstrath added 2 points.
Thanks to all those players getting in the book, the Cardinals were able to claim victory by a final score of 25-13. A great defensive game from the Cardinals was what boosted them to victory.
