Jessica Michell (Hicks) Harding, 44, of Aurora, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 at St. Elizabeth Dearborn Hospital in Lawrenceburg, IN. Jessica was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on March 17, 1980. She was a graduate of Madison High School, Class of 1998. She was the wife of Bruce Harding. Bruce & Jessica were married on June 21, 2020. Jessica worked as a postal carrier for the United States Postal Service in Lawrenceburg, IN. She also formerly worked at Belterra Casino in Florence, IN, and Rising Star Casino in Rising Sun, IN. Jessica enjoyed Christmas time and the holiday season. She also loved the company of her dogs, Chloe and Clyde.
Jessica is survived by her husband, Bruce Harding, of Aurora, IN; by her son, Dylan Michael Sullivan, of San Antonio, TX; by her stepdaughter, Miranda Buster; by brothers, Dennis Hicks and Joe Norton and by sisters, Rebecca Norton and Alisha Pope; Jessica is also survived by her adoptive parents, Galen & Debbie Rayls, of Vevay, IN; by her adoptive siblings, Deidra Rayls (Evan Barger) and Zak Rayls (Shelby) and by her niece Lilly and her nephew Winston.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN with Eldon Fancher officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at Markland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made towards funeral expenses.
