Jane Ellen Wagener, 75, of Greensburg

Jane Ellen Wagener,75, of Greensburg, passed away at 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024. She was born September 2, 1949, in Greensburg, the daughter of Charles Clifford and Naomi Lynn (Venter) Collins. She was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and graduated in 1967 from Greensburg High School. She was employed at Randall Textron for 25 years. Jane loved spending time with her friends, family and grand pup Mabel. She married Jerry Robert Wagener on September 21, 1968, in Greensburg and he survives. She is also survived by her daughter, Amy Ewing of Greensburg; a granddaughter Baili Ewing of Hope; a sister Virginia Young of Columbus, brother-in-law Lonnie (Tonnie) Wagener of Greensburg and several nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Barbara Sue Ramsey. Following her wishes she will be cremated, and burial will take place at Rossburg Cemetery at a later date.
