(Greensburg, IN) – North Decatur FFA member Jessa Wagner finished second nationwide in the Agriscience Animal Systems Division 3 competition at the 97th FFA National Convention in Indianapolis last weekend.
Her project included an experiment and a 20-page research document about dogs and how they understand human communication.
