The Lady Chargers’ successful season came to an end on Saturday after falling in the sectional tournament to South Decatur. The match was tough and intense and came down to the wire in the 5th set. The Chargers started out slow in the first set and with a few too many nerves, but they settled in and played strong for the rest of the match, even winning the second set by 16 points. Unfortunately, they were not able to pull out the win in either of the back-and-forth 4th and 5th sets.
