(Osgood, IN) – A Ripley County community has stepped up in a big way to provide relief to the survivors of Hurricane Helene.
The Upper Room Café in Osgood sent three semi loads of donations to North Carolina last week, and hope to have three more loads going out today.
Organizers say they’ve had enormous support from the people of Osgood and the surrounding area.
Hurricane Helene left behind widespread destruction in North Carolina, along with 95 confirmed deaths and around 90 still missing.
