(Dearborn County, IN) – Another local burn ban has been canceled.
Dearborn County Commissioners rescinded the countywide burn ban on Wednesday.
The order was issued earlier this month because of a lack of rain and the resulting dry conditions.
Ripley and Decatur counties lifted burn bans on Tuesday.
This week’s rains coupled with downpours expected tonight and much of Friday prompted officials in all three counties to cancel burn ban orders.
Franklin County remained under burn ban as of Thursday morning.
