St. Anthony’s Labor Day Picnic Returns for 107th Year

(Morris, IN) – St. Anthony’s Parish is excited to announce the 107th Annual Labor Day Picnic and Fried Chicken Dinner, taking place on Monday, September 2nd, 2024.

This beloved community tradition will be held on the grounds of St. Anthony’s Church from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This year’s event will feature a day full of fun activities for the entire family, including a wide array of kids’ games, live entertainment, and our highly anticipated Grand Raffle with incredible prizes including a Zero Turn Mower, Bourbon Barrel, Blackstone Grill and Cash Prizes!

Highlights:

– **Fried Chicken Dinner:** Join us for our famous fried chicken dinner, served from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The meal includes all the traditional fixings and is prepared by our dedicated volunteers using a time-honored recipe that has been a local favorite for over a century. Drive-Thru Available again this year.

– **Local Artist Spotlight:** We’re thrilled to feature local artist Marisa Fullenkamp, who will be showcasing her talents. This is a wonderful opportunity to support and celebrate local talent while enjoying the day’s festivities.

– **Kids’ Games and Activities:** There will be a variety of games and activities to keep the little ones entertained.
