(Sunman, IN) – The Sunman Rural Fire Department will honor the 343 firefighters who died in the 9/11 attacks next month.
The department’s annual Walk to Remember will be held on Wednesday, September 11 at 6 p.m.
Firefighters will walk 3.43 miles in full turnout gear to honor the 343 firefighters who lost their lives at the World Trade Center in New York City on September 11, 2001.
The walk is open to the public.
