(Southeastern IN) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and Brookville Police Department will host National Night Out this evening (Tuesday) from 6-8 p.m. at the upper town park and Heap/Hofer Aquatic Center.
Organizers say the free cookout is an opportunity for the community to meet local first responders and enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement.
The event is funded by a grant from Stayin’ Alive LCC.
National Night Out in the City of Batesville will take place Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 at Liberty Park.
You’re invited to the free community event to meet and interact with public safety personnel and enjoy food, games and other activities.
The event is a collaboration between the Batesville police and fire departments and the Coalition for a Drug Free Batesville.
The City of Greensburg will mark National Night Out on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at North Park.
