INDIANAPOLIS– Women’s pro basketball has Caitlin Clark, Alyiah Boston, and the Fever back in action today, hosting the Washington Mystics in an early game at the Fieldhouse.
This matinée comes just four days after Clark became the first rookie in WNBA history to record a triple-double in a game, scoring 19 points, pulling down 12 rebounds, and dishing off 13 assists.
Clark and the Fever are said by experts to be ascending in the WNBA; Indiana’s won 6 of its last 9 games and is currently 9 & 13, good for 7th place in the entire league. Not only would that put the Fever in the postseason, but Washington is also a team Indiana has enjoyed playing so far this year, beating them in both previous meetings.
The game’s due to tip off shortly after noon.
