(Franklin/Union Counties, IN) – An unidentified woman is in critical condition following an accident on Brookville Lake.
Indiana Conservation Officers say the 45-year-old victim was tubing with two other people near the Fairfield Causeway Sunday afternoon when they hit a large wake and were thrown off.
The woman was knocked unconscious and had to be pulled from the water.
A paramedic who happened be on the scene provided immediate aid to the woman, who was flown to the hospital.
The other two people on the tube were not hurt.
