(Batesville, IN) – Margaret Mary Health is welcoming Family Nurse Practitioner Suzi Johannigman this summer.
Johannigman offers preventative and sick care for all ages, from newborns to the elderly.
She also treats a wide range of medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart disease, COPD and diabetes.
Johannigman received her nursing degree from Good Samaritan College in 2004. After working as an oncology nurse for 10 years, she completed her medical training as a family nurse practitioner at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014.
“I love working in family practice because it allows me to build long-term relationships with multiple members of the same family,” said Johannigman. “I also enjoy caring for a variety of ages and strive to meet my patients wherever they are in their health journeys.”
Born and raised in Greensburg, Johannigman says she appreciates a small town atmosphere and looks forward to helping her patients achieve their health goals.
“I think working in a small community allows me to develop stronger connections with my patients,” said Suzi. “Knowing my patients entrust me with their health is a responsibility I take very seriously.”
She and her husband, Bob, have a son, Cale, and two miniature schnauzers. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, camping and traveling.
Johannigman will see patients at Margaret Mary’s Physician Center on Six Pine Ranch Road in Batesville.
