(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Fire and Rescue was dispatched to 58 White Oak Drive around 9:45 a.m. Friday for a reported smoke-filled house.
Firefighters encountered heavy smoke in the basement and were able to put out the flames and prevent any further spread of the fire.
There were no injuries reported.
Batesville Fire and Rescue received assistance at the scene from the Morris Volunteer Fire Department and the Batesville Police Department.
