Coffey Named Ripley County EMA Director

(Ripley County, IN) – Ripley County has a new Emergency Management Agency Director.

James Coffey is a Cleveland native who graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health.

He’s also a U.S. Army veteran.

Coffey succeeds Randy Miller, who resigned as EMA Director in April but remains with the agency as a volunteer.
