(Brookville, IN) – Phone lines into the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office went down overnight.
The issue with the non-emergency (765) 647-4138 number happened around 1:30 a.m., and service was restored shortly before 7 Friday morning.
Franklin County E9-1-1 was not affected by the outage.
There’s no word on what caused the interruption.
