Paul Blake Blackburn, 91

Paul Blake Blackburn, 91, of Greensburg, passed away on January 19, 2024. He was born on June 5, 1932 in Pike County, Kentucky the son of Albert Jr. and Stella (Brunty) Blackburn. Paul married Judith Ann Dean on June 12, 1979. He worked for 20 years delivering milk for Meadow Gold Dairy. Paul then worked for Muncie Bread for 19 years before “retiring.” During his retirement he was a delivery driver for Moore’s True Value and Sears. Paul loved country music. He played bass guitar in a band for years. Paul loved picking on his guitar with friends and family. Paul also loved to tell a “good” joke.
Survivors include: Wife, Judith Blackburn; Children, Anita (Joe) Enterkin, Barry (Cheryl) Blackburn, Annette (Robert) Messert, April (Pat) Richards, and Anthony (Carla) Dean. His grandchildren, Michael, Joni, Rachel, Rebecca, Blake, Lauren, Keragan, Connor, Hunter, Ava, and Jenna; Great-Grandchildren, Josi, Eden, Eleanor, Elias, and Aiden; Siblings, Ernestine, Geri, Eddie, and David. He was preceded in death by his Parents; and Sisters, Lucille and Lois; and his brothers, Bill, Larry, and Gene.
A visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 11:00 am all at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home and can be viewed on the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home Facebook Page. Walter Wickey will be officiating. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
