Jeffery Ray Sweet – 46 of Greensburg

Jeffery Ray Sweet, 46, of Greensburg, passed away at 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Our Hospice Inpatient Facility in Columbus. He was born on August 10, 1977, in Greensburg, the son of Ernest & Karen (Sweet) Baker. He has been a lifelong resident of Greensburg. Jeffery enjoyed working on vehicles, being outdoors and fishing. He married Tammy Cotterman on March 26, 2009, in Greensburg and she survives. Other survivors include his daughters, Brianna Sweet (Jordan Burchett) and Shania Sweet both of Greensburg; his sons, Michael Sweet and Nathaniel Sweet both of Greensburg; his brothers, Charles Ernstes (Jessica Brendel) of Greensburg and Michael Sweet of Shelbyville and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. A time of visitation will be held at the Bass & Gasper Funeral in Westport on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with burial to follow at the Hebron Cemetery.
