(Southeastern IN) – The area had mixed results when it came to unemployment numbers last month.
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development says Decatur County had the lowest local unemployment rate in June at 2.9%, which was down from 3.0% the prior month.
Franklin County’s jobless rate fell slightly from 3.3% in May to 3.2% last month.
Dearborn County rose slightly from 3.4% in May to 3.5% in June.
Ripley County held steady at 3.6%.
Indiana’s June jobless rate was 3.2%.
