Coming up at the Decatur County 4-H Fair on Thursday, July 13th, at 10 AM, it’s the 4-H Dairy Goat Show.
At 1 PM, there is a 4-H Boer, Meat, and Pygmy Goat Show.
Thursday night at 6 PM, there is a crowning ceremony for the Decatur County 4-H King and Queen and a presentation of Miss Decatur County and her court. At 6:30 PM, there is a Public Speaking and Verbal Communications Contest at the Farm and Home Building Stage. At 7 PM, there will be music by Rich Bryant at the Farm and Home Building Stage and a Ten-Year 4-H Member Dinner in the Community Building.
The midway opens at 6 PM. It is “Thrifty Thursday”, which means all rides cost only one ticket.
The grandstands event tonight is the Wolf Bros. ATV Races. Gates open at 3:30 PM, and the event begins at 7:30 PM.
