Greensburg School Board members sworn in, officers elected

(Greensburg, IN) – Two members of the Greensburg Community School Board were sworn in at this week’s meeting.

Christy Norton was reappointed by the Marion North Advisory Board and Steve Stringer is a new appointment by Greensburg City Council.

Both will serve four-year terms beginning July 1.

The 2023-24 board officers were also elected: Mark Bower will serve as President; the Vice President will be Emily McNulty and Mark Wolter will serve as Board Secretary.

This was the last school board meeting that will start at 7:30 pm.

Beginning with the July 11 session, board meetings will start at 6 pm.

School board meetings will continue to take place in the Greensburg Community Schools Central Office.
