Beverly Sue Dalton, 70, of Laurel, Indiana passed away on Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at Arbor Grove Nursing Home. She was born on September 12, 1952, in Middletown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Samuel Carpenter and Pauline Carpenter. On May 23, 1970, she married Clarence “Joe” Dalton. Beverly enjoyed shopping, Christmas, going to her grandchildren’s events, boating, going to Church, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father Samuel Carpenter and her grandson Bryce Chandler Dalton. Beverly is survived by her husband of 53 years Clarence “Joe” Dalton, her daughter April Lewis (Jeff) and son Jeff Dalton (April), her grandchildren Tyler Wilson (Deondrae), Alexandria Wilson, Brooke Lewis, Brylee Dalton, her great grandchildren Daegan, Reese and Ashlyn.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral at 1:00 pm at the Buena Baptist Church, 25220 Chapel Road, Laurel, IN 47024. Rev. Rob Edwards will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Stipps Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
