(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville Kroger store on State Road 229 is celebrating its grand re-opening this weekend, and you can expect to see some improvements to your shopping experience.
“A lot of the aisles are wider, we have some new cases, some expanded departments, better displays,” said store manager John Jennings. “We also have some new belted U Scans. A lot of people use our U Scans, especially for bigger orders.”
Festivities started Friday morning with a ribbon cutting (pictured), an appearance by the Batesville High School cheerleaders and dance team, plus the Batesville Singers’ rendition of the National Anthem.
WRBI broadcast from the store Friday between 8 and 10 am.
You can sign up for a number of drawings and prizes through Sunday.
