Reds complete sweep of Rangers with walkoff home run by Nick Senzel

The Cincinnati Reds finished off a 3-game sweep of the Texas Rangers today, winning 5-3, thanks to a walkoff two-run home run by Nick Senzel in the bottom of the ninth.

The home run was the team’s first since April 17th versus Tampa Bay.

Lucas Sims got the win on the mound, striking out 2 in one inning of work.

With the win, Cincinnati improves their record to 10-15 on the season.

The Reds are off on Thursday. They will return to action on Friday night when they begin a 3-game road set with the Oakland Athletics.
