Greensburg, IN — Greensburg Police say a teenage boy who was reported as a runaway from Jennings County has returned home.
According to reports, 13-year-old Austin Fluharty was visiting his grandmother in Greensburg when he ran away last Thursday.
Police say shortly after leaving his grandmother’s house, Fluharty sent a message to a family member, stating he was going to run away.
Authorities say his family also received information that he was heading to Tennessee with a group of friends.
The boy was found safe in Jennings County Wednesday and is back home with his mother.
