Rita Margaret Linville, 83, of Greensburg passed away on November 27, 2022. She was born on October 15, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Gilbert and Mary O’Meara Schroder. Rita married James Richard Linville on January 26, 1957. She worked at Gecom. Rita loved watching Christmas Movies on Hallmark. She was a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Parish, St. John of Enochsburg.
Survivors include: Children, Barry (Jackie) Linville, Tim Linville, Theresa (Russell) Pollard, Joanna Linville, and Kyle (Kaitlynn) Linville; Grandchildren, Farrah Whitt, Jonathon Linville, Nick Linville, Sr., Rana Linville, Julie Gibson, Sami Simmons, James Linville, Robert Browning, Michael Linville and Gavin Linville; 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband; Brothers, Lawrence Schroder and Earl Schroder; and Grandchildren, April Linville and Barry Linville, Jr.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm with Fr. Bill Ehalt officiating. Visitation will follow from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home.
