Southeastern IN — A Freeze Watch has been issued for Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Temperatures are expected to fall into the upper 20s and result in a hard freeze.
Forecasters say frost and freezing conditions will kill crops, and other sensitive vegetation as well as possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
