Batesville took two from Franklin County in middle school volleyball Tuesday night.
The BMS 7th grade team topped Franklin County 25-15, and 25-4.
As a team, the Bulldogs served 91%.
The top servers were Madi Dierckman with 21 points, including 12 aces; Katie Wilhelm had 12 points with eight aces; Jersey Trenkamp added two points, both aces, and Payton Yorn had one ace to earn a point.
In the front row, Molly Gesell and Leah Meyer each had two kills; Trenkamp, Dierckman, Wilhelm, and Jolene Kirkhising each had a kill.
Ellie Walke also played well.
In the back row, Abby Miller, Cora Miller, Isabel Meyer, Payton Yorn, and Marley Denning were also recognized for good passing.
The Bulldog 7th grade team evened its record at 2-2 on the year.
In the 8th grade match, it was Batesville over Franklin County, 25-14, 25-15.
Caitlyn Fox scored 10 points including six aces, and Mimi Smith chipped in six points including three aces.
Fox and Maddie Haskamp each earned three kills, while Ella King, Sydney Campbell, and Brooke Wilhelm each had two kills in the front row.
Leigh Hertel, Alexis Gallagher, Katie Wirth, and Ellie Westerfeld all had one spike fall for a kill.
Smith, Eliza Weiler, Madilyn Meyer, and Ella Weber initiated the offense by leading the team in serve reception and digs.
The Bulldog 8th graders improved to 4-0.
Both teams travel to Jac-Cen-Del on Thursday.
