South Ripley lost 11-7 to Shawe.
For the Hilltoppers, Wyatt Nichter collected three hits and three ribbies. Phillip Kahn, Jacob Hertz and Eric Liu all had three hits with one RBI and Hunter Kennett notched a couple of singles. Kahn was the winning pitcher and Kennett came on to get the save.
For the Raiders, Ryan Gorrell had a pair of singles with an RBI. Bradley Arthur also knocked in a run.

Connersville’s Brayden Lykens tossed a three-hit shutout as the Spartans defeated Lawrenceburg 2-0. Lykens K’d six and also drove in both CHS runs. Teammate Chance Bentley and the Tigers Tanner Fox both had two hits. LHS pitcher Drew Lanning struck out 13 in the loss.

North Decatur’s junior high tied Rising Sun 5-5. The Chargers Eli Trenkamp had three hits and teammate Garrett Schwering had two.
