INDIANAPOLIS, IN — For the third year in a row, there will not be a balloon release during pre-race festivities at the Indianapolis 500.
A second flyover will be added instead to this year’s festivities at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The 106th running of the Indianapolis 500 takes place on Sunday, May 29.
