Helen Elizabeth (Soukup) Sharpe, 89, of Cincinnati passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at her residence with her two daughters by her side. Helen was born on Friday, March 3, 1933 in Richmond, Virginia; daughter of Sylvan and Helen Elizabeth (Vesely) Soukup. Helen was a member of the Newtown Baptist Church. She was a secretary for numerous construction companies, working on site. Helen enjoyed painting, oldies (50’s) dances, and love gardening.
Helen will be missed by her sons Dean (Tracy) Sharpe of Loveland, Ohio and Dwain Sharpe of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters Debbie (Danny) Holbrook of Mount Orb, Ohio and Lisa (John) Sladeck of Dillsboro, Indiana; brother Frank Soukup of Richmond, Virginia; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvan and Helen, and daughter Joni Sharpe.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Oakdale Cemetery, 10350 Beatty Road, Moores Hill, (Dearborn County) IN 47032, with Pastor Tom Holt officiating.
