Brian Keith Johnson, 55, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 9:30 a.m in his home in Manchester, Indiana.
He was born October 20, 1966, in Lawrenceburg, IN, son of Carolyn (Ballou) Bledsoe and the late James Bledsoe.
Brians lifetime career was carpentry. He was currently employed with Mark Spaulding Construction of Florence, Kentucky.
He was a member of the NRA and Franklin County Conservation Club where he enjoyed trap shooting.
He was a member of the Manchester Athletic Association, where he enjoyed coaching his daughters and granddaughters teams.
Brian loved being outdoors especially the Smoky Mountains and the beach.
Brian was there for his friends and family for anything, from car and home repairs to emotional support and advice. He would do anything for anyone at any time. He “Loves” his family, friends and community unconditionally.
Brian is survived by his loving spouse of 30+ years, Tammy (Bennett) Johnson, daughters, Cassie Johnson and Brianna Johnson of Aurora, IN; sister, Kimber (Brandon) Bledsoe-Beard of New Trenton, IN; granddaughter, Dakota Johnson and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father, James Bledsoe; sister, Angela Bledsoe Iles.
Friends and family will be received Monday, March 7, 2022, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Hope Baptist Church, 15593 US 50, Dillsboro, Indiana.
Services will be held at the church on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the Manchester Firehouse #2 for a celebration of life.
