STATEHOUSE — State Senator Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) met with representatives from broadband companies based in southern Indiana during Rural Broadband Day at the Statehouse last week.
Leising spoke with a number of industry representatives about improving and expanding broadband access in rural areas of the state.
The longtime Southeastern Indiana lawmaker said she is committed to continuing work on expanding broadband access in Senate District 42.
Leising met with officials from Great Plains Communications (pictured), SEI Communications, and the New Lisbon Telephone Company.
