Linda Lou (Lane) Mangold, 71, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022, in Edgewood, Kentucky.
She was born August 14, 1950, in Milan, IN, daughter of Norma Lee (Bradley) Lane the late Bobby Lane.
She worked in the Interior Department for Aurora Casket Company, retiring after over 27 years of service.
Linda enjoyed being at home. She liked to watch her shows on TV. She was an animal lover and had 5 dogs that were very special to her. Linda was a huge Elvis fan and had a room with many collectibles. She also collected Coke items and Disney Characters. Her family was most precious to her. She loved family gatherings and any time spent with them. She was a great mom,sister, daughter and grandma
Linda is survived by her Mother, Norma Lane of Alva, FL; Sons, Vernon (Angela) Mangold of Manchester, IN; Bobby (Amanda) Mangold of Aurora, IN; Brother, Richard (Debbie) Lane of Aurora, IN; Sister, Rosanna (Albert) Burk of Moores Hill, IN; Grandchildren, Bobby (Hilary), Destinee, Braeden, Katelyn and Tyler; Great grandsons, Christopher and Silas; Several Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Bobby Lane; and loving husband of 35 years, Vernon Lynn Mangold.
Friends will be received Thursday, March 3, 2022, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, IN.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Thursday at 1:00 pm immediately following visitation, officiating Bobby Mangold Jr.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
