SOUTHEASTERN IN — A Flash Flood Warning was issued for Ripley, Franklin, and Dearborn counties until 8:00 Monday morning.
Several inches of rain fell on the area overnight and more is expected through the morning drive.
Heavy rains from overnight Sunday into Monday morning caused a number of area roads to flood, especially around Ripley County.
The Huntersville Road Underpass in Batesville, which has been a trouble spot for years when it comes to heavy rains, was reported underwater, as well.
Decatur County was under a severe thunderstorm warning from Midnight until 12:30 Monday morning after a severe storm was spotted near Westport and Letts.
However, there are no reports of storm damage.
