Indiana AG files third lawsuit over federal vaccine order

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is suing the federal government over President Biden’s mandate for health care workers.

Rokita filed the suit on Monday, joining 11 other state attorneys general.

The suit says the president does not have the authority to order everyone who works at a hospital or medical facility that accepts Medicaid or Medicare to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

Rokita filed two other lawsuits challenging the President’s vaccine order earlier this month.
