VEVAY, IN — A retired U.S. Army Colonel is offering a reward for the return of his helmet, which was stolen while on display at a Southeastern Indiana festival.
Vevay Police say the ballistic helmet was on display at last weekend’s Swiss Wine Festival when it was taken from an American Legion booth.
Retired Colonel August Duael is offering a reward for the return of his helmet.
