The hearing was delayed for Kristina Schneider, 54, of Sunman.
It had been rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon, however Special Judge John Webster, of Jennings County, was unable to proceed over the hearing, according to the Versailles Republican.
The hearing will now be held on Friday, November 1.
The Sunman Clerk-Treasurer is accused of illegally accessing town credit card funds to make personal purchases that totaled over $3,600.

A Sunman Clerk-Treasurer will be in a Ripley County Courtroom on Wednesday.
According to the Ripley County Prosecutors Office, a guilty plea/ sentencing hearing for Kristina Schneider, 54, is rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
Schneider is accused of illegally using town credit cards to make personal purchases that totaled over $3,600. According to several reports, she has repayed the debt.
At the Sunman Town Council meeting on Thurs., Oct. 18, resident Neil Bowers asked board members, “Does the town have a contingency plan in place if she is forced to remove.”
“It is all covered by statute,” said town attorney Amy Streator. She indicated that a caucus will be formed if Schneider is removed.
The town council declared an executive session on Monday, Oct. 21. No word on if pertained to the pending trial.
