Decatur County, IN — Decatur County Community Corrections Director Abigail Harry says anyone with a department-issued GPS monitor, also known as an ankle bracelet, will not be allowed to attend the Decatur County Fair or go to the Fairgrounds during the event.
Harry says this includes those using free time passes or anyone with curfew restrictions.
The Decatur County Fair begins Thursday and runs through July 15.
