Indianapolis, IN — Indiana’s Todd Rokita and attorneys general from four other states have received a complaint from the Federal Trade Commission against Frontier Communications.
The complaint alleges Frontier did not provide many consumers with internet service at the promised speeds and charged many for more expensive and higher-speed service than Frontier provided.
In addition to Indiana, the complaint was filed with attorneys general from Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, and North Carolina.
